1. Fill in the booking form. The sooner you send it, the more likely you are to get the accommodation you want. If you prefer not to book online write an e-mail indicating all the details of your stay to allow us to make a provisional booking. With the confirmation you will be sent payment details.
2. Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 3 days via e-mail.
3. The payment of a deposit (one day rent) is required within a 3 days of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. This time may be reduced when a quick confirmation is needed. If we do not receive your deposit in time, the provisional booking will expire.
4. Your credit cards will be charged by LodgingSPb.COM
5. You'll pay the balance upon arrival unless otherwise stated.
6. If choosen apartment is unavailable due to unforeseen consequence, an equivalent apartment will be given or the deposit will be refunded in full.
7. The guest is responsible for any damage made to any appliances, furniture, upholstery, kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc.
8. A safety deposit of 100 EUR is required on arrival in addition to any outstanding balance. The deposit will be returned when you return the key and have left the property without damage.
9. Guests are expected to maintain "good neighbour" code of conduct avoiding loud misic, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building’s residents.
10. The specified e-mail may be used to send you information about our company's services, events and offers (not more often then yearly) unless you unsubscribe.
11. Common check-in and check-out time is 12 a.m. local time.
